Hope

I know that He lives, and that He loves us. I know that He loves us so much that He doesn't want us to be burdened. I know that the only way for us to be freed from our burdens is to be "firmly attached to Him."

He said,

"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

"Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

"For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."   -Matthew 11:28-30

I know that if we come unto Him, we will "find rest unto [our] souls."
